The event "Abu Dhabi International Book Fair" has confirmed the dates for its conduct up to 2030, which is considered a strategic step, supporting its sustainability. The organizers acknowledged the importance of planning in advance to ensure international participants and publishers adequate preparation and participation in the exhibition. This will strengthen the position of the exhibition as a cultural event on the global map of major events, attracting the attention of cultural entities and the publishing industry.
Such an announcement about the dates of the exhibition conducted in the coming years coincides with the decision to extend the duration of the exhibition to 10 days, starting from the next year. This indicates that the organizers of the event and the International Center for the Arabic Language in Abu Dhabi aim to strengthen cooperation with regional and Arab book fairs and avoid conflicts in the scheduling of events.
The head of the International Center for the Arabic Language, Dr. Ali bin Tamim, noted: "The preliminary announcement of the dates for holding the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair is an initiative that reflects the status and global role of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in strengthening the presence of the Arabic language in the sectors of creative and cultural industries, as well as supporting cultural and civilizational interactions between peoples."
